Charges
Our Current charges are.
Weekdays 10am to 6pm, £30 for the first hour on site, £20 for all following hours, diagnosis and an indication of repair cost is normally possible within 30 minutes.
Weekdays after 6pm and weekends, £40 for the first hour on site and £30 for all following hours, diagnosis and an indication of repair costs is normally available in 30 minutes.

Our hourly rates are for whole or part hours.
The price of repair excludes parts, parts will be charged at current retail price.
We accept cash, cheques with a guarantee card, cup of tea is optional.
We do not offer a no fix no fee policy, provided it is not a notebook** computer we will be able to fix your computer.

**For hardware faults on Notebook computers a fix will always be possible should you accept the quote, system boards and displays on notebooks can cost more than the value of the notebook and may therefore be declined, in this situation we will only charge the diagnosis charge according to our pricing structure.
