Hardware,
We can repair all desktop, tower and mini tower computer systems built by Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Dell, IBM and many more as well as all clone manufacturers.
We can repair notebook computers, laptops (If any still exist), luggables (I bet most won't have a clue what a luggable is)( I will have a brief history on our blog about this when I get around to it).
We can repair, moniters, printers (Laser, Ink Jet, Thermal transfer, Dye sublimation, Line, Dot Matrix) yes sorry more history lessons in that list, scanners etc.
Please note that many things are so cheap that they may not be worth repairing, we will advise you by phone when you make the engineer booking if this is the case to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Software,
We can install, setup, diagnose, optimise and repair all Microsoft operating systems including DOS, Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, NT, XP, ME, and Vista, we can also install Novell, OS2 and Unix but my configuration of these operatinmg systems may need some refreshing.
We can install and configure most commercial software packages, including virus scanners, firewalls, anti malware, accounts packages, games, you name it we can do it.
Networking
We are able to install and configure networks, Lan, Wan, Wireless, Routers, Hubs, switches, multiplexers and the long extinct Kilostream.
